What’s wrong with today’s world? Why it has become more polarized and radicalized than it was even 10 years ago and who is benefitting from this? I guess many people have these questions lately as well the feeling life in Europe becomes more and more unfriendly and unsecure. The people who call themselves “progressives” have launched a huge campaign to destroy traditional values of the western society without being able to offer something valuable instead. Why and by whom are they so motivated to ruin family, nation identity, patriotic feelings offering us instead being a unit, a consumer without the past and the future? How does it happen that preaching on tolerance to the most odd things they are so intolerant to the traditional way of living? Are they really so progressive trying to implement the same Soviet communist doctrine which wrecked last century? Yes, the communists also tried to mix nations with the aim to ruin identity feeling, to depreciate family’s role, to promote “collective” property instead of private one. Well, we all know the end of that story, so today’s “progre” are just adherents of the failed communist concept which caused a huge bloodshed in the past by the way. So, let’s be prudent and learn from the past. People who don’t make right conclusions of history are doomed to repeat the mistakes done before.

Moreover, always in the times of uncertainty, war or crisis people looked around for their traditions and values which helped them for many generations before. The faith in God, the spirit of glorious heroes of the past always helped nations to rise from ashes. Are we so selfish to reject this experience? Can we say we are so special that it has been working for thousands years before but it is not too good for us? What the delusion can it be! What makes us so unique to neglect the past? A smartphone in our hands, the internet, social media? No, it’s just one step on the technology way, the same as aviation, radio or TV in the past. Let’s be consequent, respectful and modest to acknowledge this. Modesty was a virtue too once upon a time, I hope still valid for today’s world.

Let’s clarify why our traditions are under attack of the new world promoters? It’s just because traditions represent a crucial part of our culture. Traditions shape the structure of our families and our society. They remind us our history, where we have come from, who we are today and where we are heading. Without our traditions, we’re in risk of losing our identity, in danger to be just a mass of people. Not even people, the new “illuminated” ones don’t want us to be individuals. They want to erase any signs of personality: nationality, sex, family feelings. They like to appeal for emotions instead of common sense. But I dare say their concept is wrong even in this point. Family feelings make us happy, it’s scientifically proven fact that people live longer and feel happier in family. The same thing is about community feeling and patriotism. All evolutionary way demonstrates the stronger community feeling means the better social trust and cohesion. It’s just a couple of decades ago in some European countries they even did not lock their houses in smaller towns. The streets were safe, the people were friendly. It proves “diversity” doesn’t bring to better cohesion or social harmony. In our safe traditional world the law was governing, but so called “progressive” promote cultural relativism instead. Thanks God this multiculturalism has shown it’s not working, it can not be hundreds rules and laws governing at the same territory. Child marriage, women’s or minorities’ rights violations are not acceptable in today’s Europe. Europe’s way of life is based on Christian values: love, respect and equality. Regardless of what these nowadays Marxists think, traditional European values root deeply on Christianity and the Bible. Such things as honor and respect for the family and your country, diligent work ethics, absolute values of right and wrong, equality, respect toward authority, moderation rather than excess and many other values come from Christian base of our culture. The culture doesn’t lose anything, it transforms everything in the course of centuries. That’s why many people feel uprooted now deprived of their cultural legacy. It’s the same as if you don’t feel a solid ground under your feet but boggy utopian postulates which never worked in history. We should remember our traditional values are part of our cultural heritage. The fact the society is becoming more unstable is explained the new way of life becomes foreign to us. It’s like a sign of good health. You may take it for granted until you lose it. If we disregard our traditional values or will not defend them, one day we’ll open our eyes and won’t be able to recognize “our world” anymore. It’s time to take our culture back, the sooner the better!
